Sounds for Sustainability initiative, developed within the SHiFT COST Action (Social Sciences and Humanities for Transformation and Climate Resilience – CA21166), explores the intersection of sound, sustainability, and climate resilience, bringing together researchers, artists, policymakers, and practitioners from various disciplines. This initiative aims to deepen our understanding of how acoustic environments reflect and influence ecological and social transformations and how sonic elements—both natural and human-made—can be harnessed for a more sustainable future.
